You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please ensure all tags, labels, and accessories are included.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through your original payment method .

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene or safety reasons, certain products such as personal gear, consumables, or customized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
